We actually do have good football players here in Hawai’i. They just don’t play for the University of Hawai’i. Manti Te’o has helped to resurrect Notre Dame football. Notre Dame is currently #1 and headed to the BCS national championship game. He is the Heisman frontrunner.

Marcus Mariota leads Oregon’s high-octane Quack Attack as a freshman QB. He is a future Heisman candidate.
