New addiction. Really love drinking coconut water! I was turned on to it by a grocery store worker at the Marukai Market. He claimed that it was better for hydration than Gatorade. I had to see for myself. It worked like a magic potion and rejuvenated me like a transfusion! It was also refreshingly good! So ono….

I remember having fresh coconut water on our Thailand missions trip. Brought back memories….

The one that I like (buy) comes in a carton. Unfortunately, it’s not at the top of the list of recommended brands according to this review. Still, it works for me. But I guess you can’t beat Mother Nature.

Here’s the ironic part.

I used to own the most fruitful coconut tree in Waikele, if not all of O’ahu. The tree way, way, way in the back was constantly “pregnant” with 20-30 coconuts. It was a beast to maintain with all of the rubbish. I just didn’t realize at the time that I was holding the “Golden Goose.”
