Blessed to be able to visit Osaka this Spring Break. I was able to redeem my HawaiianMiles for the departure flight, and found a great deal on a return flight. I was originally planning to go to New York City, but really wanted to experience another culture.

I visited Osaka back in 2001 while teaching at Kapolei Elementary. We were hosted by Amano Elementary School in Kawachinagano. I was hosted by Yoshitaka and his family.

I’ll be visiting with college buddy Daryl, and hope to meet up with my Osaka friends Yoshitaka and Ryan. Looking forward to this amazing opportunity. Very thankful….
