This is the corner of my building, 909 Kapiolani. The space downstairs has been vacant for the two years that I’ve been here. This is due to the economy (and our association’s mismanagement of the parking.) The location is perfect, being directly across the street from the Blaisdell Arena. Here’s my wish for this space….

We could have an incredibly, amazing sidewalk café like the ones you find in Paris. Shucks, I would be happy with a Starbucks. I wish….
